Art Therapy

Tagline: Scribble your way to sanity.

Welcome to Art Therapy!
You don’t need to be the next Picasso to benefit from throwing a bit of paint at a page. This project is about creative chaos, emotional release, and the kind of colouring-in that might accidentally unlock deep childhood memories. Whether you’re doodling with crayons, smearing acrylics with your fingers, or angrily stabbing a sketchpad with a biro — it all counts.

This isn’t about masterpieces. It’s about mess-terpieces. And healing. But mostly mess.

📝 To Do List

(Placeholder list — we’ll revisit and polish it later.)

  1. Buy a sketchpad that makes you feel important.
  2. Pick five colours that match your mood today.
  3. Create an “angry art” page — scribble your stress out.
  4. Try drawing with your non-dominant hand for five minutes.
  5. Make a collage using only junk mail and bad decisions.
  6. Turn one old T-shirt into wearable art therapy.
  7. Paint a self-portrait… as a mythical creature.
  8. Try five new textures (sandpaper counts).
  9. Hide an encouraging message inside a random doodle.
  10. Share your weirdest piece with a friend (or the fridge).
